We offer free delivery to Canberra and 25km from the city centre, this includes Queanbeyan. Gifts will be delivered the following day or on your preferred date before 7pm.

If you would like your gift delivered interstate, an alternate option to perishable items will be offered, and a shipping fee will be added at checkout. Australia Post or a courier company will deliver within their schedule (usually not on weekends or public holidays).

With Love Canberra promote the responsible and legal consumption of alcohol.  All orders including alcohol must be placed by a person 18 years or over. Deliveries including alcohol can only be sent to persons 18 years and over.  Proof of age may be requested.

 

Your gift will be left unattended at the recipients address if you have selected YES to the 'Authority to Leave' at checkout. With Love Canberra will not take responsibility for stolen or damaged goods once delivery has occurred and no refunds will be given. If your gift includes refrigerated goods we will add an ice pack and attempt to deliver early morning or later in the day. We can also deliver to work addresses to avoid goods spoiling.

If you have selected NO to the 'Authority to Leave' and there is no one home or we are unable to leave the gift with a minor, a collection card will be be left and the recipient will need to contact us to arrange a pickup.
