  • Do you deliver on weekends?
    Why yes we do, and at no extra charge!
  • What time will the gift be delivered?
    For local deliveries we will deliver before 7pm on your requested date, you can also request a delivery time and we will do our best to meet this request. Interstate deliveries will arrive according to Australia Post or the courier company's schedule.
  • Can I substitute an item?
    Yes! Certain hampers will be customisable on the website and if you have a special request please contact us through the contact page or email info@withlovecanberra.com.au
  • Does the recipient have to be home for local deliveries?
    With your permission we can leave the gift unattended. If you select NO to the 'Authority to Leave' a collection card will be left for them and the recipent will need to contact us to arrange collection.
  • Can I have refridgerated goods shipped?
    Sadly we cannot ship cold goods so an alternate will be offered for these items via email once purchase is made.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Sorry, at this stage we do not.
  • I love my gift! Where can I get more?

  • Who can recieve gifts with alcohol?
    It is an offence to supply or sell alcohol to a person under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be purchased or received by people 18 years and over. This is in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988. We may ask to see ID.
