We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable. We will always try to replace the item with a similar product. If we are unable to provide a product similar in nature, we guarantee to substitute the item with an alternative product to equal or greater value than the original item. This also extends to the gift presentation.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
With Love Canberra promote the responsible and legal consumption of alcohol. All orders including alcohol must be placed by a person 18 years or over. Deliveries including alcohol can only be sent to persons 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested.
It is your responsibility to inform With Love Canberra if you believe a gift order has not arrived. If a gift is not able to be found on the premises and With Love Canberra can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement.
Cancellations can be made within 24hrs of your requested delivery date for a full refund. For cancellations within 24hrs of delivery date a partial refund, the total amount less $20, will be paid as long as the gift has not been delivered. Once a hamper has been purchased and delivered or shipped we do not offer refunds.
With Love Canberra cannot be held responsible if a gift order interstate does not arrive on a date requested at the fault of a third party (i.e. courier company). Late delivery does not allow you to cancel an order.
